How to View Public Folders in Outlook 2007

Public Folders are not shown in the default view, you must be using the "Folder List" view in the Navigation Pane to see public folders. To change to the folder list view, click the Folder List button at the bottom of the Navigation Pane, or if you've reduced the number of buttons at the bottom, the folder list button will change to an icon that looks like a file folder.

I had been using my MS Outlook for some years when I got my first PC. But for this time I had a lot of problems. And not always I could resolved theirs. To my good fortune I observed an unusual software on the I-net - ost pst converter. It settled my issues for a minute and I didn't spent the money.

Only one tool helped me to recover all my lost emails. This tool I accidentally found out at specialized forum. The utility might be helpful for this and many other questions also - microsoft outlook .ost.

You just saved my IT dept a help desk ticket. LOL They upgraded me to 2007, and I couldn't find the public folders which were in 2000. Figured I'd google it first before firing off a ticket, and here I am. Thanks for the help!
